摘　　要：《人民军队历史与优良传统》课在战斗精神培育中具有铸就灵魂、激励精神和涵养作风的重要价值。授课教员应着力端正学员的历史观,激发学员的内生动力,推动红色基因融入学员血脉。教学中应穿插运用熏陶、生成和强化模式对学员战斗精神加以培育。The course of Fine Traditions and History of the People’s Army plays an important role in cadets’Fighting Spirit cultivation,such as"soul forging","spiritual inspiration"and"fine styles cultivation".Teachers should concentrate on facilitating students to establish correct conception of history,stimulate internal motivation and integrate the Red Gene into the cadets’nature.In teaching practice,the modes of edification,generation and intensity can be used individually or comprehensively on cadets’Fighting Spirit Cultivation.
