摘  要:加氢解聚是温和条件下从煤直接获取高附加值化学品的有效途径.采用蒸汽辅助结晶法制备了一系列HZSM-TiO_(2)复合载体,并采用等体积浸渍法制备了双功能催化剂Ru_(5)/HZSM-TiO_(2).利用X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)、氨气程序升温脱附(NH_(3)-temperature programmed desorption,NH_(3)-TPD)、吡啶吸附红外(pyridine adsorption infrared,Py-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscope,SEM)和透射电子显微镜(transmission electron microscope,TEM)等手段对所制备的催化剂和/或其对应的复合载体进行了表征.以二苯醚的加氢解聚为探针反应,在250℃和0.2 MPa H_(2)条件下考察了催化剂Ru_(5)/HZSM-TiO_(2)加氢解聚4—O—5类型醚键的反应性.结果表明,催化剂的Lewis酸性显著影响二苯醚加氢解聚的反应性和选择性,Ru_(5)/1HZSM-1TiO_(2)(加料质量比mTiO_(2)/mHZSM=1)催化加氢解聚二苯醚的转化率为97.2%,苯收率高达57.8%.Hydrogenolysis is an efficient approach to directly obtain high value-added chemicals from lignites under a mild condition.A series of HZSM-TiO_(2)composite supports were synthesized by steam-assisted crystallization method,and Ru_(5)/HZSM-TiO_(2)bifunctional catalyses were further prepared by incipient-wetness impregnation method.The as-prepared catalyses or/and their related composite supports were characterized by multiple advanced analytical instruments,such as X-ray diffraction(XRD),NH_(3)-temperature programmed desorption(NH_(3)-TPD),pyridine adsorption infrared(Py-IR),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and transmission electron microscope(TEM).The catalytic reactivity of Ru_(5)/HZSM-TiO_(2)was investigated at 250℃under 0.2 MPa H_(2)using hydrogenolysis of diphenyl ether as probe reaction.The results revealed that the Lewis acidity of the catalyst significantly affected its reactivity and selectivity for the hydrogenolysis of diphenyl ether.The highest conversion of diphenyl ether(97.2%)and yield of benzene(57.8%)were simultaneously obtained by Ru_(5)/1HZSM-1TiO_(2)(mass ratio mTiO_(2)/mHZSM=1).
