摘 要:采用BIM技术,解决地铁站机电安装施工过程中的难点,通过管线综合碰撞检查和净高分析,在项目施工前发现问题,提高对项目全过程的管控能力,引入PIP协同管理BIM平台系统,做到从设计、施工进度、投资管理、变更实时更新,各方协同工作,节约了成本,缩短了工期。将相关资料录入BIM模型里面,实现BIM数据在工程项目全生命周期中的传递应用。Through the use of BIM technology to solve the difficulties in the mechanicaI and electrical installation of subway station.th rough the PipeIine synthesis.collision inspection and the net height analysis,the problems are found before the project is found,the control ability of the whole process is ireproved,and the PIP cooperative management BIM platform system is introduced.and the cooperative work is done from the design.construction progress,investment management and change in real time.The cost is shortened and the time limit is shortened.The related data is input into the BIM model.and the BIM data is applied in the whole life cycle of the project.
