摘　　要：目的了解芜湖市白纹伊蚊越冬孳生地现况,为越冬期白纹伊蚊科学防制提供依据.方法2020年1月,采集芜湖市8个县(市、区)的积水和积泥样品,采用描述流行病学方法对不同生境、容器类型、积水类型等因素白纹伊蚊孵化资料进行统计描述.结果共采集有效样品244份,越冬白纹伊蚊孳生阳性率为18.85%.城镇居民区和农村自然村越冬白纹伊蚊阳性率分别为19.88%(32/161),16.87%(14/83).废旧轮胎和闲置容器阳性率较高,分别为26.32%、18.37%.积水量大于1升的容器白纹伊蚊阳性率最高,为23.02%;基本干涸的容器次之,阳性率为21.43%.结论芜湖市各县区越冬蚊虫孳生地孳生有白纹伊蚊的幼虫或卵的阳性率较高;废旧轮胎和闲置容器是主要孳生容器类型;应加强白纹伊蚊越冬孳生地监测,积极做好冬末春初白纹伊蚊孳生地积水的清理,同时还应对已干涸容器进行清理或清除,防止春季雨季来时积水形成使得白纹伊蚊卵可以快速孵化出幼虫,以降低全年白纹伊蚊密度.Objective To understand the current status of overwintering breeding sites of Aedes albopictus in Wuhu City and provide a basis for scientific prevention and control of Aedes albopictus during the overwintering period.Methods In January 2020,samples of stagnant water and mud were collected from 8 counties(cities and districts)in Wuhu City,and the incubation data of Aedes albopictus in different habitats,container types and stagnant water types were statistically described by descriptive epidemiological methods.Results A total of 244 valid samples were collected,and the positive breeding rate of overwintering Aedes albopictus in urban residential areas,rural natural villages and the whole city was 19.88%(32/161),16.87%(14/83)and 18.85%(46/244)respectively.The positive rate of waste tires and unused containers was higher,26.32%and 18.37%,respectively.The highest positive rate of Aedes albopictus was 23.02%in containers with water accumulation greater than 1 liter,followed by containers basically dried,with a positive rate of 21.43%.Conclusion The positive rate of Aedes albopictus eggs or larvae in the overwintering breeding sites of mosquitoes was high in all counties of Wuhu City;used tires and unused containers were the main types of breeding containers.We should strengthen the monitoring of Aedes albopictus overwintering breeding sites and actively clean up the accumulated water in the breeding grounds for Aedes albopictus in the late winter and early spring.The same attention should be paid to removing dried containers before the spring rainy season to prevent the formation of stagnant water which allows Aedes albopictus eggs to quickly hatch larvae,to reduce the density of Aedes albopictus throughout the year.density of Aedes albopictus throughout the year.
