摘  要:目的调查某部队营区及周边居民区蟑螂侵害状况,开展蟑螂防治效果评价.方法使用粘蟑纸在不同场所开展蟑螂侵害性和密度监测,采取物理、化学和环境卫生整治的综合防治方法进行灭蟑螂处理,并定期评估防治效果.采用Excel 2010和SPSS 20.0软件进行统计分析.结果共调查了183间房,发现蟑螂种类均为德国小蠊,营区内蟑螂侵害率和密度分别为87.50%和11.35只/张,远高于周边居民区;营区内蟑螂密度最高为食堂区,其次为宿舍区、办公区、文体活动室.营区内采取综合措施后,在60d监测时蟑螂密度显著下降,整体杀灭率达到98.18%.结论该部队营区蟑螂侵害较为严重,经采取针对性综合防治措施后蟑螂杀灭效果显著.Objective To investigate the infestation of cockroaches in a military barracks and surrounding residential areas,and to evaluate the control effect of cockroach.Methods The infestation and density monitoring of cockroach were carried out in different places with sticky cockroach paper.The comprehensive control methods of physical,chemical and environmental sanitation were adopted to kill cockroaches,and the control effect was evaluated regularly.Excel 2010 and SPSS 20.0 softwares were used for statistical analysis.Results A total of 183 rooms were investigated,and all cockroaches were Blattella germanica.The infestation rate and density of cockroaches in the camp were 87.50%and 11.35 insects per sheet,respectively.That was much higher than that in the surrounding residential areas.In the camp area,the highest cockroach density was in the canteen area,followed by the dormitory area,the office area,and the recreational and sports room.After comprehensive measures were taken in the camp,the density of cockroaches decreased significantly during the 60-day monitoring,and the overall killing rate reached 98.18%.Conclusion The infestation of cockroach in the battalion area is serious,and the killing effect is remarkable after taking targeted comprehensive control measures.
