摘　　要：目的研究设计一款新型驱蚊药效试验装置,采用小白鼠替代人体进行蚊虫叮咬试验,并扩大检测品种范围.方法依据《驱避剂室内药效试验及评价方法》(GB13917)等原理,综合分析不同种类驱避剂、驱避产品驱蚊原理和使用方法,设计一种新型驱蚊药效试验装置,对不同驱蚊产品、材料进行驱避药效试验观察,并与标准检测方法进行分析比较.结果新型驱蚊药效试验装置由一密闭方箱、内置一不锈钢纱笼,与另一方箱内纱笼之间用连接筒连接组成.对于涂抹型驱蚊剂,该装置检测结果和国家标准检测方法结果一致;对于驱蚊熏香类,该装置检测2~4 h保护率在98.35%以上,用蚊香药效国家标准方法检测,KT_(50)>8 min,药效属于不合格(蚊香);对驱蚊手镯、驱蚊草等材料,该装置可检测出驱蚊效果,2~8 h保护率为13.33%~38.33%,用驱避剂、蚊香等国家标准方法无法检测.结论该装置可替代人体进行驱避试验,避免蚊虫叮咬等风险,同时检测应用范围广、方法科学、使用简便.Objective To design a new mosquito repellent efficacy test device,using mice to replace human body for mosquito bite test,and expand the range of species.Methods According to the principle of"Efficacy test and evaluation method of repellents(GB13917)",the principle and application method of different kinds of repellents and repellent products were comprehensively analyzed,and a new type of mosquito repellent efficacy test device was designed,the repellent efficacy of different mosquito repellent products and materials were observed and compared with the standard detection methods.Results The new device was composed of an enclosed square box,a stainless steel yarn cage and a connecting cylinder connecting the yarn cage in the other square box.For the mosquito repellent,the test results of the device are consistent with the national standard test results,and for the mosquito repellent incense,the test results of the device 2-4 h protection rate is above 98.3%,the results showed that KT_(50)>8 min,the efficacy of mosquito-repellent incense was not up to standard,and the efficacy of mosquito-repellent bracelets,mosquito-repellent grass and other materials could be detected by this device,the protection rate of 2-8 H was 13.3%-38.3%,using repellent,mosquito-repellent incense and other national standard methods can not be detected.Conclusion The device can replace human body to carry out repellent test,avoid mosquito bites and other risks,and detection of a wide range of scientific and easy to use.
