摘 要:目的了解青岛市崂山区蝇类种群构成、生境密度分布及季节消长规律,为蝇类防治工作提供参考依据.方法采用笼诱法进行蝇密度监测.结果2019-2022年共捕获蝇4348只,平均密度为15.10只/笼;各年度平均密度分别为21.99、17.53、11.67、9.21只/笼,呈整体下降趋势;崂山区优势蝇种为家蝇、丝光绿蝇、麻蝇科、红头丽蝇,分别占33.85%、24.45%、11.73%、11.18%;不同生境蝇密度差异有统计学意义;蝇密度高峰期在7-9月.结论蝇密度需长期系统地进行监测,为合理制定蝇类综合防治策略提供科学依据.Objective To learn the density and seasonal variation of flies in Laoshan District of Qingdao,and provide reference for the prevention and control of flies.Methods Cage traps were applied in the surveillance.Results From 2019 to 2022,a total of 4348 flies were captured,and the average density was 15.10 flies per cage.The annual fly densities were 21.99,17.53,11.67 and 9.21 flies per cage respectively from 2019 to 2021,showing a decreasing trend yearly.Musca domestica,Lucilia sericata sarcophagids and Callipho vicina Robine were the dominant species,accounting for 33.85%,24.45%,11.73%and 11.18%.The differences in the density of flies were not significant among different habitats.The density of flies peaked in July and August.Conclusion Long-term and systematic monitoring of fly density is needed to provide scientific basis for formulating comprehensive fly control strategies.
