摘  要:目的为了解四川省绵阳市登革热媒介伊蚊密度和季节消长,有针对性采取控制措施提供科学依据.方法2016-2022年在绵阳市采用布雷图指数(BI)法、双层叠帐法对伊蚊幼蚊和成蚊开展监测,并对监测结果进行汇总分析.采用SPSS19.0软件进行统计分析,分类资料中率的比较采用χ^(2)检验,帐诱指数、布雷图指数差异采用多个独立样本间非参数秩和检验(Kruskal-Wallis检验).P<0.05为差异有统计学意义.结果2016-2022年绵阳市登革热媒介仅为白纹伊蚊.白纹伊蚊幼虫BI年均值范围为2.17~43.17,差异有统计学意义(H=29.516,P<0.001);CI年均值范围为2.52%~26.24%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=197.581,P<0.001);成蚊年均诱帐指数范围为0.78~4.22只/(顶·h),差异无统计学意义(H=12.463,P=0.052).每年7-9月为白纹伊蚊密度的高峰期,各月CI差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=34.756,P<0.001).闲置容器作为孳生地的数量最多,占比达到孳生地的50.32%.幼蚊孳生容器中CI最高的为竹筒、树洞、石穴和废旧轮胎类型;不同孳生类型的CI差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=57.986,P<0.001).结论绵阳市存在登革热传播媒介.为防止输入性登革热疫情暴发或引发本土传播,建议每年7-9月,开展以清除孳生地为主的环境治理工作,有效地控制白纹伊蚊的密度.Objective To understand the density and seasonal of dengue vector Aedes mosquito in Mianyang city,Sichuan province,and to provide scientific basis for targeted control measures.Methods Breteau index(BI)and double-layer net method were used to monitor the larvae and adult of Aedes mosquitoes respectively in Mianyang from 2016 to 2022,and the monitoring results were summarized and analyzed.SPSS19.0 software was used for statistical analysis,Chi-square test was used for comparison of the median rate of classified data,non-parametric rank sum test(Kruskal-wallis test)was used for comparison of the differences between the two indexes.The test level was 0.05.Results Only Ae.albopictus was collected in Mianyang from 2016 to 2020.The average BI of Ae.albopictus larvae ranged from 2.17 to 43.17,with significant difference(H=29.516,P<0.001).The CI ranged from 2.52%to 26.24%,with significant difference(χ^(2)=197.581,P<0.001),and the average net trapping index of adult from 0.78 to 4.22 per net per hour,with no significant difference(H=12.463,P=0.052).The highest density of Ae.Albopictus appeared from July to September,monthly density significant difference in CI(χ^(2)=34.756,P<0.001).Idle containers accounted for the highest ratio of all breeding containers up to 50.32%.The highest CI were found in bamboo tube,tree hole,stone hole and waste tire,and the CI of different habitats significantly different(χ^(2)=57.986,P<0.001).Conclusion dengue vectors exist in Mianyang.In order to prevent outbreaks of imported dengue fever or local transmission,environmental management focusing on the elimination of breeding sites was carried out to effectively control the density of Ae.albopictus from July to September each year.
