摘  要:目的了解重庆市万州区致倦库蚊和家蝇对常用杀虫剂的抗药性水平,为控制病媒及相关传染病提供科学依据.方法分别采用幼虫浸渍法和点滴法测定致倦库蚊和家蝇对常用杀虫剂的抗药性.结果致倦库蚊幼虫对残杀威抗性倍数为1.48,为敏感;对高效氯氰菊酯和双硫磷的抗性倍数分别为3.91、4.05,为低抗.家蝇对敌敌畏抗性倍数为2.75,为敏感;家蝇对残杀威的抗性倍数为26.96,为中抗;家蝇对高效氯氰菊酯的抗性倍数为53.87,为高抗.结论需要持续加强蚊蝇抗药性监测,合理使用杀虫剂.Objective To understand the resistance of Culex quinquefasciatus and Musca domestica to commonly used insecticides in Wanzhou District of Chongqing,and to provide a scientific basis for control of vectors and related infectious diseases.Methods Larvae dipping method was employed for the resistance determination of Culex quinquefasciatus,while topical application method for the resistance test of Musca domestica.Results The larvae of Culex quinquefasciatus developed 1.48,3.91 and 4.05 folds resistance respectively to propoxur,beta-cypermethrin and temefos,displaying susceptibility to propoxur,low resistance to beta-cypermethrin and temefos.The adults of Musca domestica developed 2.75,26.96 and 53.87 folds resistance respectively to dichlorvos,propoxur and beta-cypermethrin,showing susceptibility to dichlorvos,middle resistance to propoxur and high resistance to beta-cypermethrin.Conclusion The monitoring of resistance of mosquitoes and flies should be strengthened,and the insecticides should be applied reasonably.
