摘  要:目的探讨中国国内关于蚊虫抗药性研究领域的发展状况、研究脉络及热点,为我国蚊虫抗药性进一步研究提供方向,为抗药性治理及蚊媒传染病防治提供参考.方法以蚊和抗药性为主题检索词,对2013年1月1日至2023年5月1日中国知网(CNKI)数据库收录的蚊虫抗药性文献进行检索,共检索获得文献655篇,最终纳入569篇.应用SATI 3.2软件及Excel 2019对作者、期刊和机构进行统计.应用Citespace5.8.R3对569篇文献关键词绘制知识图谱,并对突现词、时间线进行分析.结果2013-2023年我国国内对蚊抗药性的研究总体呈缓慢上升趋势,其中2013-2016年上升迅速;发文机构主要为疾病预防控制中心、寄生虫病防治研究所等;研究热点主要为白纹伊蚊、淡色库蚊、溴氰菊酯等.结论中华按蚊、白纹伊蚊、淡色库蚊是近年我国蚊虫抗药性重点关注的蚊种,重点关注的杀虫剂品类为拟除虫菊酯类.今后研究人员应重点关注生物杀虫剂等其他品类杀虫剂的抗性和研发,以及抗药性治理的研究,为蚊虫及相关传染病的防控策略及风险评估提供依据.Objective To explore the development status,the historical development and hotspots of mosquito resist-ance to insecticides research in China,to provide the direction for further research on mosquito resistance to insecti-cides in China,and to provide references for resistance control and mosquito-borne infectious diseases control.Meth-ods"Mosquitoes"and"insecticide resistance"were used as subject terms for the search of insecticide resistance of mosquito references collected from January 1,2013 to May 1,2023 in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure database.A total of 655 references were retrieved and 569 references were included.Authors,journals and institutions in the 569 references were analysed by SATI3.2 and Excel 2019 softwares;meanwhile,knowledge maps on key words in 569 references were draw,burst terms and timelines for the development of mosquito resistance to insecticides in China were analyzed by Citespace5.8.R3 software.Results The research on resistance to mosquitoes in China showed a slow increasing trend from 2013 to 2023,and the increase was rapid from 2013 to 2016.The main publish-ing agencies were the Center for Disease Control and Prevention and the Institute of Parasitic Diseases Prevention and Control.The research focuses on Aedes albopictus,Culex pallens,deltamethrin.Conclusion In recent years,Anophe-les sinensis,Aedes albopictus and Culex pipiens pallens are the major mosquito species concerned about mosquito resist-ance to insecticides research in China,and the main insecticides concerned are pyrethroids.Researchers should focus on the research of resistance and development of other types of insecticides such as biological insecticides,and man-agement of mosquito insecticide resistance,so as to provide a basis for prevention and control strategies and risk as-sessment of mosquitoes and related infectious diseases.
