摘 要:目的探索溴虫氟苯双酰胺对成蝇的杀灭效果,以期指导该药在卫生害虫防治领域的应用.方法采用滞留喷洒、空间喷雾和蝇饵诱杀的方式分别进行试验.结果滞留喷洒试验中,50和500 mg a.i./m^(2)溴虫氟苯双酰胺待测板面与成蝇接触时长2h分别导致15.00%和16.67%的死亡率,5000 mg a.i./m^(2)施药板面接触试虫1h导致35.00%的死亡率,均没有达到国家标准要求;空间喷雾试验中,10 mg a.i./m^(3)溴虫氟苯双酰胺在测试时间未发现击倒试虫,100 mg a.i./m^(3)溴虫氟苯双酰胺1h成蝇击倒率仅为2.22%,1000 mg a.i./m^(3)溴虫氟苯双酰胺20 min和1h成蝇击倒率分别为3.33%和16.67%,均没有达到国家标准要求;饵剂试验中,施药24 h,0.02%浓度组的死亡率达到91.33%,0.1%和0.5%浓度组死亡率均达到100%.结论溴虫氟苯双酰胺具有较高的胃毒效果,可以用于饵剂产品研发,在公共卫生害虫防治中具有较广阔的应用前景.Objective To investigate the efficacy of broflanilide in controlling adult houseflies and provide guidance for its application in vector control.Methods The effectiveness of residual spraying,space spraying,and fly bait trapping methods were individually evaluated.Results In the residual spraying test,the mortality rate of adult flies was 15.00%and 16.67%after a 2 h contact with surfaces coated with 50 and 500 mg a.i./m^(2) respectively,and it reached 35.00%after a 1 h contact with surfaces coated with 5000 mg a.i./m^(2).However,these rates did not meet national standard requirements.In the space spraying test,no knockdown adult flies were observed at a concentration of 10 mg a.i./m^(2),and only a minimal knockdown rate of adult flies(2.22%)was achieved at a concentration of 100 mg a.i./m^(2) after 1 h exposure time.The knockout rates for adult flies at concentrations of 1000 mg a.i./m^(2) for durations of both 20 min and 1 h were 3.33%and 16.67%,respectively,which did not meet the requirements of national standards.In the bait test,after applying different concentrations for 24 h,the mortality rate reached up to 91.33%in the group treated with a concentration of 0.02%,and 100%in the groups treated with concentrations of 0.1%and 0.5%.Conclusion Broflanilide exhibits high gastric toxicity effects making it suitable for research and development purposes related to bait products.It will have a broad application prospect in public health pest control.
