风幕机防蚊蝇检测方法和效果研究

摘　　要：目的通过建立模拟现场试验检测,评估某防虫风幕机用于防止蚊、蝇害虫入侵室内的效果.方法参照风幕机应用原理和"农药登记用卫生杀虫剂室内药效试验及评价第10部分:模拟现场(GB/T13917.10-2009)"方法,在某教学楼封闭走廊中央,安装风幕机建立模拟试验风幕门,利用对蚊蝇有效引诱的方式,试验观察和统计分析风幕门对蚊蝇阻断入侵的效率.结果未开启风幕机,对蚊蝇所设引诱条件作用显著,t=7.47、t=7.28,P<0.01;风幕机开启时,落地风速可达到6.40 m/s,在有、无引诱因素下,风幕机对蚊虫阻断率均达到100%,在有、无引诱因素下风幕机对家蝇阻断率分别为96.14%、97.26%,作用显著.结论该风幕机用于食品加工和餐饮场所以及其他公共卫生场所入口,可有效阻断蚊蝇等害虫入侵.Objective To experiment and evaluate the effect of an air curtain machine in preventing mosquitoes and flies from invading the room by setting up a simulated field test.Methods According to the application principle of the air curtain machine and the method of Laboratory efficacy test methods and criterions of public health insecticides for pesticide registration-Analogous site(GB/T 13917.10-2009),the air curtain machine was installed in the center of a closed corridor of a certain teaching building to set up a simulated test air curtain door,and the effective way of attracting mosquitoes and flies was used,the efficiency of air curtain door on mosquito and fly was observed and statistically analyzed.Results When the air curtain machine was not turned on,the attractive conditions for mosquitoes and flies were significant,t=7.47,t=7.28,P<0.01.When the air curtain machine was turned on,the wind speed on the ground could reach 6.40 m/s,the blocking rate to mosquitoes was 100%with and without attractant,and the blocking rate to houseflies was 96.14%and 97.26%with and without attractant,respectively.Conclusion The air curtain machine is used for the entrance of food processing places,dining places and other public health places,and can effectively block the invasion of mosquitoes and flies.
