摘  要:目的了解石家庄市白纹伊蚊对常见杀虫剂的抗性,为蚊虫防治提供科学依据.方法采用幼虫浸渍法、成蚊接触筒法测定抗药性.结果氯菊酯、溴氰菊酯、杀螟硫磷、双硫磷、吡丙醚对石家庄市白纹伊蚊幼虫的LC_(50)值分别是0.01636、0.00339、0.03338、0.00504、4.85×10^(-5)mg/L,该白纹伊蚊种群幼虫对杀螟硫磷敏感,对其他4种杀虫剂呈低抗.白纹伊蚊成蚊对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯产生抗性,对顺式氯氰菊酯、高效氯氟氰菊酯为可能抗性,对噁虫威敏感.结论石家庄市白纹伊蚊对常用除虫菊酯类杀虫剂产生了不同程度的抗性,应科学使用杀虫剂,减缓抗药性的产生.Objective To learn the resistance of Aedes albopictus to commonly used insecticides in Shijiazhuang City,and to provide a scientific evidence for mosquito control.Methods The immersion method was adopted for larval resistance test,while the contact tube method was for adult resistance test.Results The LC_(50)of permethrin、deltamethrin,fenitrothion,temephos and pyriproxyfen were respertively 0.01636,0.00339,0.03338,0.00504 and 4.85×10^(-5)mg/L to the larvae of Aedes albopictus,showing that the larvae were low resistant to permethrin,deltamethrin,temephos and pyriproxyfen,sensitive to fenitrothion.The Aedes albopictus adults were resistant to deltamethrin and beta-cypermethrin,possible resistant to alpha-cypermethrin and lambda-cyhalothrin,but sensitive to bendiocarb.Conclusion Aedes albopictus in Shijiazhuang City developed some resistance to pyrethroid insecticides.Insecticides should be applied scientifically to slow down the insecticide resistance development in mosquitoes.
