磷酸肌酸钠联合维生素C治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎疗效评价

摘　　要：目的 探讨磷酸肌酸钠联合维生素C治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎临床疗效.方法 选取2018年1月—2019年6月入院就诊的小儿病毒性心肌炎患者72例,按照临床治疗方法 不同分为对照组和研究组各36例进行回顾性分析.对照组予以常规抗病毒及对症支持治疗,研究组在对照组常规治疗基础上给予磷酸肌酸钠联合维生素C辅助治疗,比较两组患者症状改善时间及治疗前后心肌酶、血清炎性因子改善情况.结果 治疗后研究组患儿血清IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α水平改善情况显著优于对照组;心肌酶LDH、CK、CK-MB及肌钙蛋白水平较对照组也有显著的降低;心功能得到更明显的改善.结论 磷酸肌酸钠联合维生素C辅助治疗可显著提高病毒性心肌炎患儿临床疗效,改善心功能指标,降低心肌酶水平,减轻炎性反应,有效保护心肌.Objective To investigate the clinical effect of sodium creatine phosphate combined with vitamin C in the treatment of viral myocarditis in children.Methods From January 2018 to June 2019,72 children with viral myocarditis were enrolled in the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University.According to the different clinical treatment methods,they were divided into the control group and the study group with 36 cases in each for retrospective analysis.The control group was given routine antiviral and symptomatic support treatment.The study group was given sodium creatine phosphate combined with vitamin C on the basis of routine treatment in the control group.The improvement time of symptoms and the improvement of myocardial enzymes and serum inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the serum levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αin the study group were significantly better than those in the control group;the levels of myocardial enzyme LDH,CK,CK-MB and troponin were also significantly lower than those in the control group;the cardiac function was significantly improved.Conclusion Sodium creatine phosphate combined with vitamin C can significantly improve the clinical effect of children with viral myocarditis,improve the index of cardiac function,reduce the level of myocardial enzymes,reduce the inflammatory response,and effectively protect the myocardium.
