高校维稳背景下大学生宿舍安全管理研究

摘　　要：随着高等教育的不断普及和高校规模的日益扩大,大学生宿舍的安全管理问题愈发凸显,已然成为高校维稳工作的关键环节.深入探讨了高校维稳与宿舍安全管理之间的紧密联系,详细分析了当前大学生宿舍安全管理的实际情况,并针对存在的问题提出了切实可行的策略与建议.对策包括强化安全制度建设、完善安全设施、加强安全教育培训、构建预警及应急响应机制及增进与校外相关部门的合作.希望能为高校管理者提供有利的参考,从而确保校园的整体安全和学生的人身安全,为高校的和谐稳定奠定坚实基础.With the continuous popularization of higher education and the increasing expansion of the scale of colleges and universities,the safety management of college students'dormitories has become an increasingly prominent problem,and has become a key link in the maintenance of stability in colleges and universities.This paper deeply discusses the close relationship between college stability maintenance and dormitory security management,analyzes the actual situation of college students'dormitory security management in detail,and puts forward feasible strategies and suggestions for the existing problems.Countermeasures include strengthening the construction of safety system,improving safety facilities,strengthening safety education and training,building early warning and emergency response mechanisms,and enhancing cooperation with relevant departments outside the school.It is hoped that it can provide a favorable reference for university administrators,so as to ensure the overall safety of campus and students'personal safety,and lay a solid foundation for the harmony and stability of universities.
