摘　　要：在新时代背景下,地勘单位的安全生产管理必须有安全文化的支撑.可以说,建设具有地勘单位特色的安全文化是解决地勘单位管理难题的基本抓手,是地勘单位实现安全生产的长久动力,也是地勘单位安全生产向事前预防转型的重要途径,还是实现地勘单位可持续发展的重要基础.因此,根据地勘单位自身蕴含的特色文化,培育与建设具有地勘行业特性和职业特性的安全文化是广大地质工作者努力的方向.In the context of the new era,the safety production management of geological exploration units must be supported by a safety culture.It can be said that building a safety culture with the characteristics of geological exploration units is the basic solution to the management difficulties of geological exploration units,the long-term driving force for geological exploration units to achieve safety production,the important way for geological exploration units to transform safety production into pre prevention,and the important foundation for achieving sustainable development of geological exploration units.Therefore,based on the unique culture inherent in geological exploration units,cultivating and constructing a safety culture with the characteristics of the geological exploration industry and professional characteristics is the direction that geological workers strive for.
