摘 要:针对双膜法工艺处理印染废水系统中设备复杂、操作难度大等特点,设计了中水回用自动控制系统.该系统以台达DVP48EH2型PLC为控制元件,B系列触摸屏为人机界面.软件系统包括絮凝加药系统、膜生物反应器(MBR)系统、反渗透膜(RO)系统和自动清洗系统.考虑到系统的可靠性,任何设备都有自动和手动两种工作模式.实际运行表明,该系统稳定可靠,操作简单,大大提高了工作效率.In accordance with the features of dyeing and finishing wastewater treatment system by using double membrane process,e.g.,equipment complexity and difficult operation,the reclaim water reuse automatic control system has been designed.In this system,Delta DVP48EH2 series PLC is used as the control part,ami B series touch screen is used as the man machine interface.The system software is composed of the flocculent dosing system,MBR system,RO system and automatic cleaning system.To enhance the reliability of the system,any equipment is equipped with automatic and manual operation modes.The practice operation shows that the system is stable,reliable and easy to operate;it greatly improves the operation efficiency.
