摘  要:当前城市中心节点土地资源稀缺而交通拥堵的矛盾日益突出,结合武汉光谷广场综合体工程实例,通过从功能一体化、地上地下一体化、设计施工一体化三方面,对大型城市地下综合体的总体设计进行总结和探讨,提出:(1)结合地铁、市政工程、地下空间于一体的大型地下综合体,是城市中心交通问题的一种高效集约的解决方案;(2)大型城市地下综合体的总体设计应聚焦功能需求,综合研究得出最优功能的设计方案;应注重地上地下一体化,创造舒适的地下空间和优美的城市环境;工程的设计与建造应一体化考虑,确保工程顺利实施。总结的经验成果可为后续同类工程提供参考。The contradiction between the scarcity of land resources and traffic congestion in urban center nodes is becoming increasingly prominent.With the example of Wuhan Optics Valley Plaza Complex,the overall design is summarized and discussed from the three aspects of functional integration,above-ground and underground integration,design and construction integration.Some points are proposed as follows:(1)a large-scale underground complex integrating subway,municipal engineering,and underground space as a whole,is an efficient and intensive solution to urban center traffic problems.(2)The overall design of a large-scale urban underground complex should focus on the functional requirements and comprehensive research to obtain a design plan for the optimal function.It should focus on the integration of above-ground and underground to create a comfortable underground space and a beautiful urban environment.The design and construction of the project should be integrated to ensure the smooth progress of the project.The summarized experience can provide a reference for subsequent similar projects.
