摘　　要：检测数据是实验室提供的最终"产品",确保检测数据结果有效性是实验室质控工作的重心.如何科学、合理、有效地开展质控活动,也是电子电器实验室共同关注的话题.本文通过客观评价与主观评价相结合的方法,构建了包括组织基本情况、内部质控情况、外部质控情况、应用及推广等具有实操性的实验室质控工作评价体系,为衡量电子电器实验室质控工作提供了一个评价方法,有利于激励引导电子电器检测行业不断提升质控工作质量,促进质控工作创新.Testing data is the ultimate“product”provided by the laboratory,and ensuring the effectiveness of testing data results is the focus of laboratory quality control work.How to scientifically,reasonably,and effectively carry out quality control activities is also a topic of common concern for electronic and electrical laboratories.This paper combined objective and subjective evaluation methods to construct a practical laboratory quality control evaluation system that included basic organizational information,internal quality control situation,external quality control situation,application and promotion.It provided an evaluation method for measuring the quality control work of electronic and electrical laboratories.The evaluation results were conducive to inspiring and guiding the electronic and electrical testing industry to continuously improved the quality of quality control work and promoted innovation in quality control work.
