摘　　要：目的探讨FOXO下游凋亡相关因子Bcl-6、Bim、PUMA、BNIP3及BNIP3L表达在寻常性银屑病发病中的意义。方法31例寻常性银屑病患者及30例正常对照为研究对象,采用免疫组化方法检测Bcl-6、Bim、PUMA、BNIP3及BNIP3L的表达,并利用计算机图像采集与分析系统对免疫组化染色结果进行平均光密度测定。结果免疫组化检测显示,寻常性银屑病患者皮损中Bcl-6、BNIP3的表达明显高于正常皮肤,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001);Bim的表达明显低于正常皮肤,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001);PUMA、BNIP3L的正常皮肤表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Bcl-6、BNIP3的表达升高及Bim的表达降低可能参与寻常性银屑病发病中表皮角质形成细胞的凋亡异常。Objective To investigate the significance of the expression of apoptosis-related factors Bcl-6,Bim,PUMA,BNIP3 and BNIP3L downstream of FOXO in the pathogenesis of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods 31 patients with psoriasis vulgaris and 30 cases of normal control were selected.The immunohistochemistry method was used to detect the expression of Bcl-6,Bim,PUMA,BNIP3 and BNIP3L.The expression levels of Bcl-6,Bim,PUMA,BNIP3 and BNIP3L were analyzed by measuring the average optical density of immunostaining.Results Immunohistochemical analysis revealed that the expressions of Bcl-6 and BNIP3 in psoriasis vulgaris lesions were significantly higher than those in normal skin(P<0.001);The expression of Bim was significantly lower than that of normal skin(P<0.001);The expressions of both PUMA and BNIP3L in psoriatic lesions showed no significant difference compared to those with normal skin(P>0.05).Conclusion The increased expression of Bcl-6 and BNIP3 and the decreased expression of Bim may be involved in the abnormal apoptosis of epidermal keratinocytes in the pathogenesis of psoriasis vulgaris.
