摘　　要：目的探讨反射式共聚焦激光扫描显微镜(reflectance confocal microscopy,RCM)在会阴色素减退性疾病中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2018年1月—2021年12月就诊于新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院皮肤科37例患者会阴色素减退性疾病的临床、RCM及组织病理学特征。结果37例患者中白癜风15例,硬化性苔藓13例,无色素痣2例,神经性皮炎4例,皮脂腺异位1例,非特异性炎症后色素减退2例。37例患者的皮损在RCM检测的同一部位进行组织病理检查,诊断均符合RCM。结论RCM有助于会阴色素减退性疾病的诊断及鉴别诊断,对白癜风及硬化性苔藓的分期也有辅助作用。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of reflectance confocal microscopy(RCM)in perineum hypopigmentation disorders.Method Retrospective analysis of clinical,RCM and histopathological features of 37 cases of perineal hypopigmentation disorders from January 2018 to December 2021 in department of dermatology,People's Hospital of Xinjing Uygur Aatonomous Region.Results The results of RCM in 37 patients showed that there were 15 cases of vitiligo,13 cases of lichen sclerosus,2 cases of nevi depigmentosus,4 cases of neurodermatitis,1 case of ectopic sebaceous glands and 2 cases of postiflammatory hypopigmentatios.Biopsy was performed at the same site,and the histopathological diagnosis was consistent with RCM results.Conclusion RCM is helpful in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of perineal hypopigmentation,and it also has auxiliary effect on the staging judgment of vitiligo and lichen sclerosis.
