燕京赵氏皮科流派治疗红皮病性银屑病经验浅析

摘　　要：红皮病性银屑病是一种以几乎涵盖全身范围的弥漫性潮红、肿胀、浸润、脱屑为典型皮损表现的严重皮肤疾病。燕京赵氏皮科流派治疗该病经验丰富,根据病程进展分期采用内外结合之法治之,病势急进者参考温病学证治思路,早期重视清热解毒,后期强调益气养阴;慢性迁延者,以皮科气血津液辨证治之,强调血热、津亏、血瘀、痰饮水湿等。常用方有解毒清营汤、解毒养阴汤等。流派后学在继承前人基础上于皮科气血津液辨证、重症银屑病的综合治疗等方面有所发挥,丰富现有学术体系。该文系统梳理燕京赵氏皮科流派经验,完善相关理论体系,并举验案两则,以期为红皮病性银屑病的中医治疗提供新的思路借鉴。Erythrodermic psoriasis is a severe dermatological disease characterized by diffuse flushing,swelling,infiltration,and desquamation covering almost the entire body.Yanjing Zhao’s dermatology school has rich experience in the treatment of this disease.According to the progression of the disease,it adopts the combination of internal and external methods to treat the disease.The rapid progress of the disease refers to the treatment of febrile disease.The syndrome differentiation and treatment with dermatological qi,blood and body fluid emphasizes blood heat,body fluid deficiency,blood stasis,phlegm,drinking,and water dampness.Common prescriptions include jiedu oingying decoction,jiedu yangyin decoction and so on.The genre of posterior learning has played a role in the differentiation of syndromes of qi,blood and body fluid and the comprehensive treatment of severe psoriasis on the basis of inheriting the predecessors,enriching the existing academic system.This article systematically sorts out the experience of this school,perfects the relevant theoretical system,and cite two verified cases,hoping to provide new ideas for the treatment of erythrodermic psoriasis in traditional Chinese medicine.
