芽生菌样脓皮病1例及文献回顾分析

摘　　要：报道1例芽生菌样脓皮病。患者男,33岁。右下肢疣状增生3个月,左下肢破溃增生2个月。组织病理检查:假上皮瘤样增生和真皮内大量炎性细胞浸润。组织培养出金黄色葡萄球菌及大肠埃希菌生长,真菌及分枝杆菌培养均为阴性。根据临床表现、组织病理检查及组织培养诊断为芽生菌病样脓皮病。治疗予以敏感抗生素联合小剂量阿维A口服治疗,效果满意。回顾近年文献发表的41例病例,对该病相关特点进行分析。To report a case of blastomycosis-like pyoderma.The patient was a 33-year-old male with warty hyperplasia on the right leg for 3 months and rupture on the left leg for 2 months.Histopathological examination revealed pseudoepitheliomatoid hyperplasia with numerous inflammatory cell infiltrates in the dermis.Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were cultured,and fungi and mycobacteria were negative.Based on clinical manifestations,histopathology and tissue culture examination,the diagnosis was blastomycosis-like pyoderma.Satisfactory therapeutic effects were observed with sensitive antibiotics combined with low-dose acitretin In addition,41 cases published in recent years were reviewed to analyze the characteristics of this disease.
