运用PDCA降低肝、胆、胰大手术后患者拔除尿管时间的效果评价

摘　　要：目的运用PDCA降低肝、胆、胰大手术后患者拔除尿管时间的效果评价.方法2018年1月1日至12月30日肝、胆、胰大手术后停留尿管患者142例进行常规拔除尿管的方法,平均拔除尿管的时间为:67.6h,运用PDCA对2019年1月1日至12月30日行肝、胆、胰大手术停留尿管165例患者进行早期拔除尿管的方法,平均拔尿管的时间为24.7h,结果运用PDCA能缩短肝、胆、胰大手术后患者停留尿管的时间,差异有统计意义(P<0.005).结论运用PDCA能有效降低肝、胆、胰大手术后患者拔除尿管的时间,减少患者尿道刺激症,减少导尿相关性尿路感染,促进患者康复.Objective To evaluate the efficacy of PDCA in reducing the time of catheter removal after major liver,bile and pancreatic operations.Methods January 1,2018 solstice December 30 liver,bravery,142 patients with postoperative pancreatic hand stay urine tube out for regular urine tube method,the average pull urine tube's time is:67.6 h,using PDCA to January 1,2019 solstice December 30 lines of liver,bravery,pancreatic major surgery for urine tube of 165 patients with early remoal of urine tube method,average urine tube's time is 24.7 h.Results the difference had statistical significance(P<0.005).PDCA can effectively reduce the time of catheter removal after major liver,gallbladder and pancreatic operations,reduce urinary irritation,reduce catheteration-related urinary tract infections,and promote the recovery of patients.
