摘  要:研究了低表面张力活性水压裂液的配方并进行了性能测试与评价.该活性水压裂液以KC1为防膨剂,表面活性剂为助排剂.研究了防膨剂KCl,表面活性剂的组成对活性水压裂液的表面张力,润湿角的影响,结合成本分析得到该活性水压裂液的配方.对该活性水压裂液进行表面张力、降阻率、防膨率等性能进行综合评价,表明该压裂液各方面性能均符合要求.This paper studies the formulation of low surface tension active hydraulic fracturing fluid and conducts performance testing and evaluation.The active water fracturing fluid uses KCl as an anti-swelling agent,and the surfactant is a drainage aid.The anti-swelling agent KCl,the composition of the surfactant on the surface tension of the active hydraulic fracturing fluid,the influence of the wetting angle,and the formulation of the active water fracturing fluid were obtained by combining the cost analysis.The performance of the surface tension,drag reduction rate and anti-expansion rate of the active water fracturing fluid was comprehensively evaluated,indicating that the performance of the fracturing fluid meets the requirements in all aspects.
