摘  要:煤层气的开采需要采出大量的地层水来降低煤层压力,满足煤层解吸附的需求.因此,为实现煤层气采出水经济开发再利用的目的,本文跟踪分析了某地煤层气采出水的污染物含量.探究了采出水处理前后的电导率、pH值、矿化度、TOC、金属离子的浓度以及利用处理后的采出水和自来水配比后配制的压裂液的性能研究.结果表明:煤层气采出水通过"絮凝-吸附-过滤"工艺后,浊度、TOC等指标明显降低.自来水和采出水为7∶3配制的压裂液粘度稳定,煤层伤害小于25%,破胶时间小于6 h等性能要求.The exploitation of coalbed methane requires a large amount of formation water to reduce the pressure of the coal seam and meet the demand of coal seam desorption.Therefore.In order to realize the economic development and reuse of coalbed methane production water,this paper traces and analyzes the pollution of calbed methane produced water in a certain area.The conductivity,pH value,salinity,TOC,metal ion concentration before and after treatment of the produced water and the performance of the fracturing fluid prepared by using the treated produced water and tap water ratio were investigated.The results show that the turbidity,TOC and other indicators are significantly reduced after the“coagulation adsorption-filtration”process of coalbed methane produced water.The tap water prepared by tap water and produced water is stable at 7:3,the coal seam damage is less than 25%,and the break time is less than 6 h.
