非均相臭氧催化氧化用于中水深度处理工艺研究

摘  要:采用高温煅烧法制备掺杂过渡金属Fe的高稳定性复合催化剂,将其用于非均相臭氧催化氧化处理城市中水,以COD和TOC去除率为指标,考察该工艺处理城市中水的可行性.结果表明,该工艺可有效降解城市中水中的有机物,并且催化剂在重复利用10次后,催化效率无明显下降.借助XRD、FTIR表征发现,催化剂活性位在使用过程中性质稳定,使用前后未发生变化.通过优化处理工艺参数得到,当催化剂投加量为1∶310,臭氧通入时间为1 h,溶液pH为7.5条件下,城市中水COD去除率超过80%,TOC去除率可达95%.同时,中水在处理后颜色由浅黄色变为无色,实现了无需调节初始水质参数且不产生二次污染的非均相中水处理工艺.The highly stable composite catalyst doped with various transition metal elements were synthesized through high temperature calcination method,the catalyst was used for advanced oxidation for urban water treatment,the COD and TOC removal rate proved that,the process could promote organic matter degradation in the urban water,and after 10 reuse times,the catalytic efficiency of the catalyst showed no significant decrease.The kinds of transition metal were proved located in catalyst stably through characterization by XRD and FTIR,which could make the catalyst show the catalytic capacity and avoid the metal ions leakage.Through treatment process optimization,under the optimum treatment process(catalyst dosage 1 g/L,ozone entry time 2 h and solution pH 7.5),the removal rate of COD in urban water could reach more than 80%,the TOC removal rate can reach 95%,and the urban water becomes colorless and transparent after treatment,which realized the recycled water heterogeneous treatment process without adjusting initial water quality parameters and secondary pollution.
