摘  要:为了解决高温地层或储层钻井堵漏的技术难题,本文通过分子结构设计,以(丙烯酸)AA、(丙烯酰胺)AM、(γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷)γ-MPS作为反应单体来制备一种新型有机硅聚合物,使用新型有机硅聚合物和自制交联剂进行交联反应制备一种新型凝胶堵漏剂.用红外光谱和热重分析对分子链的分子结构和热稳定性进行了表征.借助SEM表征高温老化实验前后材料本身结构变化状态.聚合物浓度的影响,影响交联剂,凝胶化温度和交联封孔剂性能随时间的剂量,结果表明:胶凝时间可控的密封剂,堵漏剂性能评价结果表明:堵漏剂抗温性能较好,在180℃下老化24 h后,承压能力≥10 MPa、堵漏剂具有较好的黏弹性及剪切稀释性;堵漏剂承压能力较好,压力达到7 MPa时,在10~20目砂床模拟实验中10 min的漏失量仅为2.7 mL.In order to solve the technical problem of plugging in high temperature formation or reservoir drlling,a new type of silicone polymer was developed by free radical polymerization of aqueous solution with three monomers of AA(acrylic acid),am(acrylamide)andγ-MPS(γ-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane)as raw materials through molecular structure design,and a new type of gel plugging was prepared by cross-linking reaction Leakage agent.The molecular structure of the polymer was studied by FTIR,the thermal stability of the plugging agent was characterized by TGA,and the influence of polymer concentration,crosslinking agent,gelation temperature and other factors on the properties of the plugging agent was studied by single factor experiment.The results show that the gelling time of the plugging agent is controllable,the temperature resistance of the plugging agent is good,after aging at 180 C for 24 h,the pressure bearing capacity is≥10 MPa,the plugging agent has good viscoelasticity and shear dilution;the pressure bearing capacity of the plugging agent is good,when the pressure reaches 7 MPa,the leakage in 10~20 mesh sand bed simulation experiment for 10 min is only 2.7 mL.
