摘　　要：王亿平教授认为原发性肾病综合征责在脾肾两脏亏虚,湿邪、瘀血相互交结.脾肾不足,运化收藏失司,水湿横溢,精微下注;水湿停滞日久,蕴而为热,热邪煎熬血液,发而为瘀,互相因果,出现水肿及大量蛋白尿.治以扶正固本、活血化瘀为关键.王师以"扶正祛瘀,调和阴阳"为基本大法,攻补兼施治疗肾病综合征,临床效果颇佳,现总结如下.Professor Wang Yiping advocates that the primary nephrotic syndrome is caused by the deficiency of spleen and kidney,with the interaction of dampness and blood stasis.The deficiency of spleen and kidney would bring disfunction,and water moisture stagnation,and after a long time of accumulation heat would appear.Heat evil tortures blood,resulting in blood stasis.This is a process of mutual cause and effect.And edema and a lot of proteinuria would occur.The key points of treatment are strengthening the body,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Teacher Wang's basic method is“strengthening the body and removing stasis,harmonizing Yin and Yan”.Combined attack and complement treatment of nephrotic syndrome has good clinical effect,and now it is summarized as follows.
