观察活血利水方联合西药治疗高血压病早期肾损害患者的临床价值

摘　　要：目的分析高血压病早期肾损害患者活血利水方联合西药治疗的临床疗效.方法2017年6月至2020年5月期间,从我院选取60例高血压病早期肾损害患者展开研究分析,运用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30),对照组实施西药治疗,观察组在西药治疗基础上实施活血利水方,比较两组患者治疗效果和相关临床指标改善情况.结果治疗总有效率较对照组,观察组显著较高(P<0.05).mAIb、β2-MG等相关临床指标治疗后均降低,观察组mAIb、β2-MG低于对照组(P<0.05).结论应用活血利水方联合西药治疗高血压病早期肾损害病人最终所得临床治疗效果良好,且有效改善了患者的肾功能水平.Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of HuoxueLishui decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of early renal damage in patients with hypertension.Methods From June 2017 to May 2020,60 cases of hypertensive patients with early renal damage were selected and randomly divided into the control group(n=30)and the observation group(n=30)by random number table method.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with HuoxueLishuidecoction on the basis ofwestern medicine treatment.The treatment effect and the improvement of related clinical indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of mAIb andβ2-MG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The final clinical treatment effect by the application of HuoxueLishui decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of hypertensive patients with early renal damageis good,andcan effectively improve the level of renal function of patients.
