摘  要:近年来,中国糖尿病患病率逐年上升,严重威胁着我国及全球人类的健康.糖尿病前期是介于血糖正常与糖尿病之间的疾病前阶段.有研究指出,血糖代谢异常对机体的危害从糖尿病前期就已经开始了.大量研究证明,炎症在糖尿病前期的发生发展中起着重要作用.膳食炎症指数是一种新的评估饮食炎症潜能的工具,可以应用于任何已收集饮食数据的人群,还可以用于评估和指导个人制定饮食目标,帮助减少炎症水平,并可能降低某些慢性疾病的风险.自膳食炎症指数开发以来,已用于各种临床疾病研究,尤其是不同癌症.但关于糖尿病前期与膳食炎症指数的研究较少,本文章诣在评估炎症饮食与糖尿病前期患者的相关性及现实意义.以期通过制定更有效的饮食干预,控制糖尿病前期的发生发展,降低糖尿病的发生率.In recent years,the prevalence of diabetes in China has been increasing year by year,which is a serious threat to human health in China and around the world.Pre-diabetes is a pre-disease stage between normal blood sugar and diabetes.Some studies have pointed out that the harm of abnormal blood glucose metabolism to the body has begun from pre-diabetes.A large number of studies have proved that inflammation plays an important role in the occurrence and development of pre-diabetes.Dietary Inflammation Index(DII)is a new tool to assess the potential of inflammation in the diet and can be used in any population for whom dietary data has been collected.It can also be used to assess and guide individuals in setting dietary goals that help reduce inflammation levels and may reduce the risk of certain chronic diseases.Since the development of the dietary inflammatory index,it has been used in the study of various clinical diseases,especially different cancers.However,there are few studies on prediabetes and dietary inflammatory index.This article aims to evaluate the relevance and practical significance of inflammatory diet in patients with pre-diabetes.The aim is to control the occurrence and development of pre-diabetes and reduce the incidence of diabetes by formulating more ef fective dietary interventions.
