穿孔化脓性阑尾炎采用传统开腹阑尾切除术治疗的临床效果探讨

摘　　要：目的 探讨研究对于穿孔化脓性阑尾炎患者进行传统开腹手术治疗的治疗效果.方法 选取本院2014年10月至2019年10月收治的286例穿孔化脓性阑尾炎患者,其中男性122例,女性164例,年龄5~76岁,对患者进行传统开腹手术治疗,对患者的手术各项指标进行分析,包括手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间以及住院时间等.对患者的术后并发症进行统计,包括感染、肠梗阻等不良反应的发生情况.结果 经过开腹手术治疗后,平均手术时间为(52.21±6.21)min,平均术中出血量为(49.21±9.31)mL,平均术后排气时间为(41.31±5.47)h,平均住院时间为(7.54±2.14)d.术后不良反应发生情况为感染1例,经过及时处理,未造成严重后果,肠梗阻1例.结论 对于穿孔化脓性阑尾炎进行开腹阑尾切除术进行治疗,可以得到较好的治疗效果,减轻患者的痛苦,提高患者的生存质量,值得用于临床推广使用.Objective To investigate the effect of traditional open surgery on perforated suppurative appendicitis.Methods Two hundred and eighty-six patients with perforated suppurative appendicitis in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2019 were selected,including 122 males and 164 females,aged 5-76 years.The patients were treated with traditional open surgery,and the operation indexes of patients were analyzed,including operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative exhaust time and hospitalization time.The postoperative complications of the patients were statistically analyzed,including infection,intestinal obstruction and other adverse reactions.Results After open surgery,the average operation time was(52.21±6.21)min,the average intraoperative blood loss was(49.21±9.31)ml,the average postoperative exhaust time was(41.31±5.47)h,and the average hospitalization time was(7.54±2.14)d.The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions was infection in 1 case.After timely treatment,no serious consequences were caused,and 1 case of intestinal obstruction.Conclusion For perforated suppurative appendicitis,open appendectomy for treatment,can get better treatment effect,reduce the pain of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,it is worthy of clinical application.
