摘　　要：过敏性鼻炎是临床上一种较为常见的疾病,以喷嚏,清水样涕,鼻塞和鼻痒等为主要临床表现,该病容易反复发作,治愈起来存在较大困难.随着人们生活方式的改变及受到环境污染、空气质量下降等情况的影响,致使过敏性鼻炎患病率逐年增高,且患者的年龄分布范围在不断扩大.该病已经成为一个全球性的健康问题,不仅会影响患者的生存质量,而且可能会引发较为严重的伴随疾病,给社会带来了较为严重的疾病负担.导致过敏性鼻炎流行的因素有很多,本文参考近些年的研究,对该疾病的影响因素进行总结.Allergic rhinitis is a common clinical disease,with sneezing,clear water like nose,nasal congestion and itchy nose as the main clinical manifestations.The disease is easy to recur and difficult to cure.With the change of people’s life style and the influence of environmental pollution and air quality decline,the prevalence of allergic rhinitis is increasing year by year,and the age distribution range of patients is expanding.The disease has become a global health problem,which will not only affect the quality of life of patients,but also may lead to more serious accompanying diseases,which brings more serious disease burden to the society.There are many factors leading to the prevalence of allergic rhinitis.This paper summarizes the influencing factors of allergic rhinitis by referring to the research in recent years.
