中药炮制对中药质量及药效的影响

摘　　要：目的针对中药质量及药效,研究分析中药炮制的临床应用效果.方法以2017年10月至2018年12月我院收治的总计160例中药治疗的患者为对象,随机以每组80例作为观察组和对照组,实施未炮制的中药治疗针对对照组,炮制的中药治疗针对观察组,将两组的临床疗效以及不良反应情况做比较.结果两组的临床疗效中观察组(总有效率96.25%)明显优于对照组(总有效率76.75%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组的并发症情况中观察组(总发生率6.25%)明显低于对照组(总发生率26.25%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论通过中药炮制能增加中药治疗患者的治疗效果,减少不良反应的发生,值得推广.Objective To study and analyze the clinical application effect of traditional Chinese medicine processing according to the quality and efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods From October 2017 to December 2018,a total of 160 patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital were selected as the objects.Eighty patients in each group were randomly selected as the observation group and the control group.The unprocessed traditional Chinese medicine was applied to the control group and the processed traditional Chinese medicine was applied to the observation group.The clinical effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results In the clinical effect of the two groups,the observation group(total effective rate 96.25%)was significantly better than the control group(total effective rate 76.75%),the difference was significant(P<0.05).The complications of the two groups were significantly lower in the observation group(6.25%)than in the control group(26.25%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The processing of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the quality and efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine,increase the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine on patients,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
