穴位贴敷联合揿针对剖宫产术后镇痛的观察

摘　　要：目的自制止痛散神阙穴贴敷联合足三里揿针治疗对剖宫产术后镇痛的疗效观察.方法随机抽取剖宫产术后患者120例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对对照组患者进行常规护理,而对治疗组患者在常规护理的基础上进行自制止痛散神阙穴敷帖和足三里穴位揿针治疗,然后对两组患者的疼痛情况进行对比.结果治疗组患者术后24小时、48小时、72小时宫缩痛发生率及疼痛程度明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义.结论自制止痛散神阙穴贴敷联合足三里揿针治疗对剖宫产术后镇痛疗效显著,值得推广.Objective Observation on the effect of Zhitong San Shenque point sticking combined with Zusanli point pressing acupuncture on postoperative analgesia after cesarean section.Methods 120 cases of patients after cesarean section were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing.On the basis of routine nursing,the patients in the treatment group were treated with Zhitong San Shenque acupoint application and Zusanli acupoint pressing.The pain of the two groups were compared.Results Observation on analgesia after cesarean section with acupoint sticking and pressing the incidence and degree of uterine contraction pain in the treatment group at 24 hours,48 hours and 72 hours after operation were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion acupoint application combined with press has a significant analgesic effect after cesarean section,which is worth popularizing.
