临床护理路径用于肺CA化疗患者护理中的应用效果及有效提高患者生活质量观察

摘　　要：目的探讨临床护理路径的临床应用价值及其对肺CA化疗患者生活质量的影响.方法研究对象为我院2018年1月至2020年4月70例肺部CA化疗患者.根据护理干预的不同,将患者分为研究组和对照组,每组35例.对照组采用常规护理进行护理工作,研究组采用临床护理路径开展护理工作,比较两组患者不良反应发生率及生活质量改善的差异.结果研究组不良反应发生率为8.57%,对照组为37.14%.研究组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05).研究组生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论临床护理路径在肺动脉化疗病人护理工作中的应用,可以减少不良反应的发生,有效提高病人的生活质量,提高整体护理效果,值得在临床护理工作中推广应用.Objective To study the clinical value of clinical nursing pathway and its influence on the quality of life of patients with lung CA chemotherapy.Methods Seventy patients with lung CA chemotherapy in our hospital from January 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the nursing intervention differences,the patients were divided into study group and control group,35 patients in each group.The control group used routine nursing methods to carry out nursing work,and the study group adopted clinical nursing pathway to carry out nursing work.The incidence of adverse reactions and the improvement of quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse reactions was 8.57%in the study group and 37.14%in the control group,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The score of quality of life in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway in the nursing work of pulmonary CA chemotherapy patients can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,effectively improve the quality of life of patients,and improve the overall nursing effect,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical nursing work.
