比较硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊与克霉唑乳膏治疗念珠菌性阴道炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探究硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊与克霉唑乳膏治疗念珠菌性阴道炎的临床疗效.方法将2019年5月至2020年3月在本院接受治疗的86例念珠菌性阴道炎患者作为研究对象,随机数字表法分为A组与B组,每组43例,分别给予硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊及克霉唑乳膏治疗,对两组患者临床治疗效果进行综合评价.结果A组患者治疗后有42例显示有效,占97.67%,显著高于B组的81.40%,差异统计学有意义(P<0.05),A组患者治疗后念珠菌清除率为97.67%,复发率2.33%,与B组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗念珠菌性阴道炎能够提升念珠菌清除率、复发率,不良反应少,使用方便.Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of nifuratel nystatin vaginal soft capsule and clotrimazole cream in the treatment of candidal vaginitis.Methods A total of 86 patients with candidal vaginitis who were treated in our hospital from May 2019 to March 2020 were randomly divided into two groups:Group A and group B,with 43 cases in each group,nifuratel nystatin vaginal soft capsule and clotrimazole cream were given respectively to evaluate the clinical effect of the two groups.Results After treatment,42 patients in group A were effective,accounting for 97.67%,which was significantly higher than 81.40%in group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the clearance rate of candida after treatment in group A was 97.67%and the recurrence rate was 2.33%,compared with group B the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),however,the difference in adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Nifuratel nystatin vaginal soft capsule can improve the clearance rate of candidal vaginitis,recurrence rate,fewer adverse reactions,easy to use.
