益气滋阴活血泄浊法治疗糖尿病肾病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察对糖尿病肾病患者给予益气滋阴活血泄浊法治疗的临床疗效.方法选取60例糖尿病肾病患者患者进行观察,根据不同治疗方案将患者分为常规组、中医组,常规组给予替米沙坦片口服联合降糖措施治疗,中医组在常规治疗基础上联合益气滋阴活血泄浊法治疗,比较两组治疗效果.结果(1)两组总有效率比较:中医组总有效率为66.67%;中医组总有效率明显优于常规组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)两组肾功能指标比较:中医组24 h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐、尿素氮、血清胱抑素C水平均低于常规组(P<0.05);(3)两组血脂水平比较:中医组甘油三酯、总胆固醇水平均低于常规组(P<0.05).结论糖尿病肾病患者采用益气滋阴活血泄浊法治疗可有效改善脂质代谢、肾功能,疗效安全可靠.Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Ziyin Huoxue Xizhuo therapy on diabetic nephropathy.Methods Select 60 cases of diabetic nephropathy patients for observation,according to different treatment plan,the patients were divided into conventional group and traditional Chinese medicine group.The conventional group was given Telmisartan Tablets Combined with hypoglycemic measures,while the traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Yiqi Ziyin Huoxue Xiezhuo method on the basis of conventional treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results(1)The total effective rate of the two groups was 66.67%;the total effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05);(2)The renal function indexes of the two groups were compared:24 h urine protein quantification,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen and serum cystatin C in the TCM groups were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05);(3)Comparison of blood lipid levels in the two groups:the levels of triglyceride and total cholesterol in the traditional Chinese medicine group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of Yiqi Ziyin Huoxue Xizhuo can effectively improve lipid metabolism and renal function in diabetic nephropathy patients,and the effect is safe and reliable.
