摘　　要：目的探讨急性心肌梗死患者给予尿激酶溶栓的效果.方法随机抽取70例ST段抬高型急性心肌梗死患者,时间范围在2018年3月至2019年3月,按照随机数表法分为观察组、对照组,每组35例.对照组实施常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上实施尿激酶溶栓治疗,对比治疗效果.结果观察组治疗后梗死相关血管(IRA)开通时间(0.68±0.12)h、肌酸激酶(CK)与肌酸激酶同工酶MB(CK-MB)峰值时间(14.25±2.11)h、(12.25±2.22)h均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血管再通率85.71%(30/35)高于对照组,且心律失常、出血并发症发生率5.71%(2/35)、2.86%(1/35)均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组左室射血分数(46.11±1.25)%高于对照组,住院时间(13.22±2.18)d短于对照组(P<0.05).结论急性心肌梗死患者给予尿激酶溶栓的效果显著,挽救濒临坏死心肌,提高血管再通率,加速患者康复进程,值得推广.Objective to investigate effect of thrombolysis with urokinase in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods choose 70 cases ST-segment elevation acute myocardial infarction patients from March 2018 to March 2019.According to random number table method,divide them into observation group and control group randomly,with 35 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine treatment,and observation group with urokinase thrombolytic therapy on the basis of routine treatment.Compare curative effects.Results after treatment,opening time of infarction-related blood vessels(IRA)of observation group was(0.68±0.12)h,peak time of creatine kinase(CK)and creatine kinase isoenzyme MB(CK-MB)was(14.25±2.11)h,(12.25±2.22)hours,shorter than control group(P<0.05);recanalization rate of observation group was 85.71%(30/35),higher than control group,and incidence of arrhythmia and bleeding complications was 5.71%(2/35),2.86%(1/35),lower than control group(P<0.05);left ventricular ejection fraction(46.11±1.25)%of observation group was higher than control group,and length of stay was(13.22±2.18)d,shorter than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion thrombolytic effect of urokinase is significant for patients with acute myocardial infarction,can save necrotic myocardium,increase rate of vascular recanalization,and accelerate recovery process of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
