摘　　要：目的探讨在儿童保健中开展早期综合发展指导对小儿发育的作用.方法选取我院2018年4月至2018年10月儿童保健门诊健康体检小儿94例作为研究对象,按随机投掷法分为参照组(47例)、研究组(47例).参照组实施常规干预指导,研究组加强早期综合发展指导,随访12个月对比两组小儿12月龄时身高、头围及体重情况,同时对比两组小儿Gesell量表评分及营养性疾病发生率.结果两组小儿12月龄时头围对比,无较大差异(P>0.05);研究组小儿12月龄时身高、体重等数据指标均高于参照组,差异明显(P<0.05);随访12个月结果显示研究组小儿Gesell量表各能区评分均高于参照组,差异明显(P<0.05);研究组小儿营养性疾病发生率10.64%,低于参照组的27.66%,差异明显(P<0.05).结论早期综合发展指导在儿童保健工作中的开展效果显著,可促进小儿生长发育,有推广价值.Objective To explore the effect of early comprehensive development guidance on children’s development in children’s health care.Methods 94 children who had physical examination in our hospital from April 2018 to October 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to the random throwing method,they were divided into the reference group(47 cases)and the research group(47 cases).In the control group,routine intervention was carried out.In the study group,early comprehensive development guidance was strengthened.The height,head circumference and weight of children in the two groups were compared at the age of 12 months.Meanwhile,the Gesell scale score and the incidence of nutritional diseases were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in head circumference between the two groups at 12 months old(P>0.05);the height and weight of the children in the study group at 12 months old were higher than those in the reference group,with significant difference(P<0.05);the results of 12 months follow-up showed that the scores of each functional area of Gesell scale in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,with significant difference(P<0.05);the incidence of nutritional diseases in children in the study group was 10.64%The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of early comprehensive development guidance in children’s health care is significant,it can promote children’s growth and development,and it is worth popularizing.
