滋肾柔肝法治疗肝肾阴虚型肝硬化顽固性腹水临床观察

摘　　要：目的对滋肾柔肝法治疗肝肾阴虚型肝硬化顽固性腹水病人进行研究.方法选取2019年3月至2020年4月我院诊治的66例肝肾阴虚型肝硬化顽固性腹水病人进行研究,并将病人随机分为观察组和参照组.其中观察组33例,在利尿剂治疗的基础上增加滋肾柔肝法治疗;参照组33例,使用利尿剂治疗.比较两组接受治疗3个月后的效果.结果观察组病人接受滋肾柔肝联合西药治疗后腹围比参照组小、体重比参照组轻、24 h尿量比参照组多,差异较大(P<0.05);观察组病人治疗总有效率96.97%明显比参照组治疗总效率60.61%高,差异较大(P<0.05).结论滋肾柔肝法与西医利尿剂联合治疗肝肾阴虚型肝硬化顽固性腹水治疗效果更好,病人腹水明显减少,尿量增加,对促进肝肾功能恢复更有效.Objective To study the method of nourishing the kidney and softening the liver in the treatment of refractory ascites patients with liver and kidney yin deficiency cirrhosis.Methods From March 2019 to April 2020,66 patients with refractory ascites due to liver and kidney yin deficiency cirrhosis were selected for study and randomly divided into observation group and reference group.Among them,33 cases in the observation group on the basis of diuretic treatment,the method of nourishing kidney and softening liver was added,and 33 cases in the reference group were treated with diuretics.The effects of the two groups after three months of treatment were compared.Results In the observation group,the abdominal circumference was smaller than that in the reference group,the weight was lighter than that in the reference group,and the 24-hour urine volume was more than that in the reference group(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.97%,significantly higher than that in the reference group(60.61%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of nourishing the kidney and softening the liver method and Western medicine diuretics is more effective in the treatment of refractory ascites of liver and kidney yin deficiency cirrhosis.The ascites of patients is significantly reduced and the urine volume is increased,which is more effective in promoting the recovery of liver and kidney function.
