左旋甲状腺素治疗亚临床甲状腺功能减退症临床效果及对血脂水平的影响

摘　　要：目的分析左旋甲状腺素对治疗亚临床甲状腺功能减退症的效果及对血脂水平的影响.方法选取我院收治的甲状腺功能减退症患者参与试验,病例均选自2017年1月至2018年6月,总病例数为68例,以随机抽签法将其分为治疗组(34例,常规治疗+左旋甲状腺素)和对照组(34例,常规治疗),就其临床疗效、血脂水平、甲状腺激素水平进行分析和对比.结果治疗组患者治疗总有效率较之对照组更高,TC、TG、LDL-C、FT3、FT4均较之对照组更低,HDL-C、TSH均较之对照组更高,两组对比P<0.05,差异明显.结论对亚临床甲状腺功能减退症患者应用左旋甲状腺素治疗可取得显著疗效,可有效改善其血脂水平和甲状腺激素水平,此治疗方案值得推广.Objective To analyze effect of levothyroxine on treatment of subclinical hypothyroidism and on blood lipid levels.Methods Choose 68 cases hypothyroidism patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 for experiment,divide them into treatment group(34 cases,with routine treatment+levothyroxine)and control group(34 cases,with routine treatment)random drawing.Compare and analyze clinical effect,blood lipid levels,thyroid hormone levels.Results Total effective rate in treatment group was higher than control group,TC,TG,LDL-C,FT3,FT4 was lower than control group,HDL-C,TSH was higher than control group,difference was significant,P<0.05,Conclusion Levothyroxine can achieve significant effect,improve blood lipid levels and thyroid hormone levels of subclinical hypothyroidism patients,which is worthy of promotion.
