微创技术在创伤骨科临床治疗中应用

摘　　要：目的 分析探讨在创伤骨科患者中使用微创技术进行临床治疗的效果.方法 本研究选择的研究对象为2019年1月至2020年1月在本院接受相应治疗的创伤骨科患者共计80例,根据患者的治疗方式不同分成两组,其中40例作为对照组,接受创伤骨科常规治疗,另外40例作为研究组,接受微创技术治疗.对两组患者的临床疗效、伤口愈合情况、术中出血量、换药次数等情况进行统计对比.结果 在治疗总有效率方面,研究组和对照组分别为95.0%、80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在伤口愈合时间方面,研究组用时更短,两组有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05);在术中出血量以及换药次数方面,研究组均明显比对照组更少,均P<0.05.结论 相比于创伤骨科常规治疗方法,采用微创技术进行治疗具有切口小、术中出血量少等特点,该技术对患者造成的创伤更小,患者痛苦少,术后恢复快,临床应用效果较好.Objective To analyze the effect of minimally invasive technology in the treatment of traumatic orthopedic patients.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,80 traumatic orthopedic patients were selected in this study,according to the different treatment methods of the patients,they were divided into two groups,including 40 patients as the control group,who received the routine treatment of traumatic orthopedic,and 40 patients as the study groups who received the minimally invasive technology treatment.The clinical curative effect,wound healing,intraoperative bleeding and dressing change times of the two groups were compared.Results In terms of the total effective rate,the study group and the control group were 95.0%and 80.0%respectively,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);In terms of wound healing time,the study group took shorter time,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);The amount of bleeding and the frequency of dressing change in the study group were significantly less than that in the control group(P<0,05).Conclusion Compared with the conventional methods of orthopaedic trauma treatment,the minimally invasive technology has the characteristics of small incision and less bleeding during operation,the technology causes less trauma to patients,less pain to patients,quick recovery after operation,and better clinical application effect,which is worth popularizing.
