摘 要:目的 探讨临床路径带教在胃肠外科护理实习教学中的应用效果.方法 选取在本院胃肠外科的实习的30名护理学生作为本次研究的观察对象,随机将30名学生分为传统带教对照组及临床路径带教观察组,1个月后,在本次实验结束时,分别考察两组学生对带教的满意度及学生的理论成绩、护理操作成绩.结果 临床路径带教观察组的学生的满意度(100%)、理论成绩[(93.59±2.19)分]、操作成绩[(92.92±2.21)分]明显高于传统带教对照组学生的满意度(73.33%)、理论成绩[(81.22±2.48)分]、操作成绩[(82.42±2.37)分].结论 对在胃肠外科实习的护理学生采取临床路径带教模式,能够有效的提升学生的学习积极性,规范临床教学的流程,有利于促进学生与带教老师的关系,有效地提升了学生的理论及操作能力.Objective To explore the effect of clinical pathway teaching in nursing practice teaching of gastrointestinal surgery.Methods 30 nursing students who practiced in gastrointestinal surgery of our hospital were selected as the observation objects of this study,30 students were randomly divided into the traditional teaching control group and the clinical pathway teaching observation group,one month later,at the end of this experiment,the satisfaction of the two groups of students to the teaching,the theoretical and nursing performance of the students were investigated.Results The students’satisfaction(100%),theory score(93.59±2.19),operation score(92.92±221)in the clinical pathway teaching observation group were significantly higher than those in the traditional teaching control group,satisfaction(73-33%),theory score(81.22±2.48),operation score(82.42±2.37).Coudusicm The clinical pathway teaching model for nursing students in gastrointestinal surgery practice can effectively improve their enthusiasm for learning,standardize the process of clinical teaching,promote the relationship between students and teachers,effectively improve the theoretical and operational ability of students.
