摘 要:目的 研究PBL教学法对提高胃肠外科护理带教效果的应用价值.方法 选择本院2018年2月至2019年8月接收的86名实习护士,按照随机数字法分为两组,其中43名实习护士采取传统带教作为对照组,另43名实习护士采取PBL教学法作为研究组,带教结束后进行考核,比较两种带教方式的应用价值.结果 经过观察两种带教方式应用效果看出,研究组优秀以及良好发生率均比对照组多,但及格以及不合格发生率比对照组少(P<0.05);且研究组满意度(93.02%)明显比对照组满意度(83.72%)高,差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 胃肠外科护理带教中采取PBL教学法效果显著,能够明显提高护理效果,增强实习护士综合能力,且提高实习护士对带教方式满意程度,为患者护理效果提供有力保障.Objective To study the application value of PBL teaching method in improving the teaching effect of gastrointestinal surgery nursing.Methods 86 interns from February 2018 to August 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number method,among them,43 interns took the traditional teaching method as the control group and 43 interns took the PBL teaching method as the research group,after the teaching,they were assessed to compare the application value of the two teaching methods.Results Through the observation of the application effect of the two teaching methods,we can see that the rate of excellent and good in the study group were more those that in the control group,but the rate of pass and fail were less than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction rate in the study group was(93.02%)higher than that in the control group(83.72%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching method has a significant effect in gastrointestinal surgery nursing teaching,which can improve the nursing effect,enhance the comprehensive ability of practical imrses,and improve the satisfaction of practical nurses with the teaching method,so as to provide a strong guarantee for the nursing effect of patients.
