摘　　要：近几年来,随着不断对特发性肺动脉高压的研究,出现了很多能够对其预后进行预测的生物学标记物,这些标记物既能够为判断患者预后提供信息,而且非常有利于IPAH的诊断和治疗.现就对特发性肺动脉高压病情和预后影响相关的生物学标记物综合阐述,以进一步指导临床诊疗.In recent years,with the continuous research on idiopathic pulmonary hypertension,there are many biomarkers that can predict its prognosis,these markers can not only provide information for the prognosis of patients,but also are very helpful for the diagnosis and treatment of IPAH.The biomarkers related to the condition and prognostic impact of idiopathic pulmonary hypertension are now comprehensively described to further guide clinical diagnosis and treatment.
