摘　　要：目的探究分析早中期糖尿病肾病应用中西医结合治疗前后Cys-C的变化及临床意义.方法2018年3月至2019年3月本院收治84例早中期糖尿病肾病患者,将84例早中期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为两组,对照组42例应用坎地沙坦酯片治疗,研究组联合中药汤剂治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后的24 h尿蛋白变化,肾功能变化与血糖水平变化.结果两组患者治疗前的24 h尿蛋白、肾功能、血糖水平对比无差异(P>0.05).两组患者治疗后,各项指标均有改善,研究组42例患者的24 h尿蛋白、肾功能、血糖水平改善情况优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05).结论中西医结合治疗早中期糖尿病肾病,可改善患者的微量白蛋白尿,可控制病情进展,促进患者康复.Objective To explore and analyze the changes and clinical significance of Cys-C in early and middle diabetic nephropathy before and after treatment with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods In March 2018 to March 2019,we treated 84 cases of early metaphase diabetic nephropathy patients,84 cases of early metaphase diabetic nephropathy patients were randomly divided into two groups:control group,42 cases in the control group were treated with candesartan cilexetil tablets,observation group of combined therapy with traditional Chinese medicine medicinal broth,compared two groups of patients before and after treatment the 24 h urine protein changes,renal function and blood sugar level changes.Results There was no difference in urine protein,renal function and blood glucose levels between the two groups at 24 h before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,all indexes of the two groups were improved,and the improvement of urine protein,renal function and blood glucose level of the observation group was better than that of the control group after 24 h,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine can improve the patients'microalbuminuria,control the progress of the disease and promote the patients'recovery.
