摘　　要：目的 探讨医院自动化设备对药房的影响,调节医院药房的管理策略和方案,增强医院对自动化设备的引进及使用率,提升自动化设备的建设,提高医院药房的管理水平以及药房工作人员的服务质量.方法 讨论医院在采用自动化设备前后,医院药房工作人员的服务态度、质量、效率等,分析前后药房工作人员的积极性及工作效率;药房工作人员采用自动化设备后,分配药物的准确性及快速性,在减轻药房工作人员的工作强度上是否有积极效用等;药房工作人员的工作模式在采用自动化设备后是否有所改变,药房对分配药物的管理模式是否有改进等;分析采用自动化设备前后,药房工作人员分配药物的时间及核对、处理时间是否有所提高.结果 医院药房引进自动化设备,减轻了药房工作人员的工作强度,缓解工作人员的疲惫度,提高其积极性及工作效率;采用自动化设备后,药房工作人员分配药物的准确性、核对、处理药物的时间明显提升;药房工作人员的服务态度及水平也在稳步提升中,其服务效率显著增长;工作人员的工作模式趋于自动化,采用自动化调剂流程.提高调剂药物的效率.结论 医院药房在采用自动化分配药物的设备后,药房工作人员的整体服务质量、工作态度以及管理水平稳步提高;医院对药房自动化设备的建设也在科学的进行中,以寻求更高效、分配效率更佳的工作模式,提升工作人员的积极性,合理节约提药者的时间,具有一定的实用价值.Objective To explore the impact of hospital automation equipment on pharmacies,adjust the management strategies and programs of hospital pharmacies,enhance the introduction and use rate of hospitals for automation equipment,improve the construction of automation equipment,improve the management level of hospital pharmacy and the service quality of pharmacy staff.Methods To observe the service attitude,quality and efficiency of hospital pharmacy staff before and after the use of automated equipment,compare the enthusiasm and work efficiency of the pharmacy staff before and after;and the accuracy and rapidity of dispensing drugs after the pharmacy staff used automatic equipment.Whether there is positive effect in reducing the work intensity of pharmacy staff;whether the work mode of pharmacy staff changes after adopting automatic equipment,whether the pharmacy has improved the management mode of drug distribution,etc.The time,check and processing time of the pharmacy staff to allocate drugs has increased.Results The introduction of automated equipment in hospital pharmacies reduced the work intensity of pharmacy staff,eased the fatigue of staff,and improved their enthusiasm and work efficiency.After using automated equipment,pharmacy staff assigned the accuracy,check and time of drug treatment were significantly improved.The service attitude and level of pharmacy staff are also steadily improving,and their service efficiency has increased significantly.The work mode of the staff has become more automated,using an automated dispensing process.Improve the efficiency of the drug.Conclusion After using the equipment of automatic drug distribution in hospital pharmacy,the overall service quality,working attitude and management level of pharmacy staff have been steadily improved.The hospital is also in the process of scientific construction of pharmacy automation equipment,in order to find a more efficient and more efficient distribution mode,improve the enthusiasm of staff,and reasonably save the time of drug users,whic
