摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎在2019年冬的中国湖北武汉开始肆虐,广大医护人员积极抗疫,勇赴前线,然后这些英雄中,佩戴眼镜的医护人员占据了绝大部分,但是在各种穿脱防护用品流程的培训中,仍是以标准程序培训,还是有很多细节无法做到细致及个体化培训,特别在对第一次参加防护培训的医护人员,更是无法在通过短期的培训中获得精准的穿脱方式,而且在佩戴眼镜的医护人员,在穿脱防护用品,不管是新培训人员还是既往有穿脱经验的医护人员,更是经常受到N95口罩勾住眼镜架的困扰,本文通过作者在实际操作中,总结分析并改进,通过多次实验中得一套出佩戴眼镜医护人员摘脱N95口罩的改进方法。在通过对医护人员的个体化培训后,新方法能有效减少N95口罩摘脱时,勾挂眼镜架的情形,减少医护人员暴露风险。Novelcoronavirus pneumonia began to rag in Wuhan,Hubei,China in the winter of 2019.The majority of medical staff actively fight the epidemic and went to the front line.Then,among these heroes,medical staff wearing glasses accounted for most of them,but in a variety of protective clothing Process training is still based on standard procedures.There are still many details that cannot be meticulous and individualized.Especially for medical staff who have participated in protective training for the first time,it is impossible to get accurate in short-term training.The method of putting on and taking off,and the medical staff wearing glasses and protective equipment,whether it is new training personnel or medical staff with previous experience of putting on and taking off,are often troubled by the N95 mask hooking the spectacle frame.In actual operation,the analysis and improvement are summarized.Through multiple experiments,a set of improved methods for medical staff wearing glasses to remove the N95 mask is obtained.After individualized training for medical staff,the new method can effectively reduce the situation of hanging the spectacle frame when the N95 mask is removed,and reduce the exposure risk of medical staff.
