摘 要:目的分析探讨经颅磁刺激联合高压氧治疗轻度认知功能障碍的临床疗效.方法选取本院2016年1月至2019年1月确诊为轻度认知功能障碍的150例患者,随机分为三组,分别为MCI1组(50例)本组采用经颅磁刺激联合高压氧进行治疗;MCI2组(50例)本组采用经颅磁刺激进行治疗;MCI3组(50例)本组采用高压氧进行治疗,观察三组患者的治疗效果,分别从MMSE量表数据、MoCA量表数据,以及双侧海马平均峰度值数据进行对比.结果患者基本资料包括六项,分别为年龄、性别,以及所患糖尿病例数、患高血压病例数和胆固醇水平、甘油三酯水平,对比结果三组患者的基本资料之间没有显著差异,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05).三组患者在治疗之后的MMSE评分数值,MOCA评分数值,以及双侧侧海马平均峰度数值对比差异较大,具有统计学意义(P<0.05),表明经颅磁刺激联合高压氧治疗轻度认知功能障碍的效果更佳效果.结论经对轻度认知功能障碍患者采用颅磁刺激联合高压氧的方法进行治疗得到的治疗效果较为显著,对于恢复患者认知功能非常有益,值得临床推广和运用.Objective to analyze clinical effect of transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with hyperbaric oxygen in treatment of mild cognitive dysfunction.Methods choose 150 cases diagnosed mild cognitive dysfunction patients from January 2016 to January 2019 in our hospital,divide them into three groups randomly,namely MCI1 group(50 cases),treated with transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with high pressure oxygen treatment;MQ2 group(50 cases),with transcranial magnetic stimulation;MCI3 group(50 cases),with hyperbaric oxygen.Observe curative effect of three groups,and compare MMSE,MoCA scale data,and mean kurtosis data of bilateral hippocampus.Results basic data of patients included six items:age,gender,and numbers of diabetes cases,high blood pressure cases,cholesterol levels,and triglyceride levek.There was no significant difference between basic data of three groups,with no statistical significance,(P>0.05).MMSE scores,MOCA scores,and mean hippocampal peak value of three groups after treatment were significantly different,with statistical significance(P<0.05),indicating that transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with hyperbaric oxygen treatment can achieve better effect on mild cognitive dysfunction.Conclusion transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with hyperbaric oxygen has more significant effect on patients with mild cognitive dysfunction,which can restore cognitive function of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
